Pause with Yoga
Wednesdays, January 4 - February 22 - 3:30-4:45pm - Eight week class - Drop-ins welcome
This afternoon class is a great place for the average person to explore yoga's many benefits in a friendly atmosphere. The class focuses on movement and flexibility. Optimal alignment is emphasized in all the postures. Join us for a mid-week Pause with Yoga!

Yoga Flow
Saturdays, January 7 - March 3 - 9:00-10:15am - Eight week class - Drop-ins welcome
Breathe, Stretch, Relax. Safely learn techniques for breathing, alignment, and increasing flexibility. Restorative as well as strength-building postures will be explored. No class Feb 4.
